Hunters Stew
Creator: Adapted from a camp training booklet by GSSWPA

In a large pot brown 3 pds. ground beef. Add 2 medium onions and 2 sweet peppers chopped, 2 cans of tomato soup, salt & pepper to taste. Simmer over campfire about 15 minutes. Add 4 cans vegetable soup and 2 cans sliced potatoes. Simmer another 15-20 minutes.
Serve with bread and butter. Serves 12.

Note: If you need to add another few servings like we did add another pd. of ground beef, another can of tomato soup, another can of vegetable soup and sliced potatoes. This served 21 with a few able to have another serving.
